Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of table settings, food service flow, and dining room etiquette
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to read and comprehend written English
- ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 lbs
- ability to push or move carts weighing up to 200 lbs
- grade school education is preferred
- minimum six months of experience as a Server Assistant, Busser, or Food Runner preferred
- must obtain and maintain all required local or state certifications
- CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- minimum six months of experience as a Server Assistant, Busser, or Food Runner in a resort or restaurant environment preferred
- must obtain and maintain all required local or state certifications such as alcohol service permits
- CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred
Job Duties
- Run food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and seat positioning
- communicate clearly with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any service needs
- assist servers with pre-bussing and guest requests throughout the dining experience
- support table touches such as refilling water, resetting place settings between courses, and removing unnecessary items
- pre-bus and clear tables efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and polished dining room
- reset tables quickly and accurately according to The Boca Raton service standards
- remove soiled dishes, glassware, and utensils and transport them safely to the dishwashing area
- wipe down tables, chairs, booths, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all service stations, including side stands, expo areas, and server alleys
- stock and replenish silverware, linens, glassware, plates, and condiments throughout service
- refill and maintain condiments and service items to ensure readiness at all times
- assist with greeting guests and seating support as needed
- respond promptly to spills, guest needs, and service recovery situations
- maintain composure and professionalism during high-volume and peak service periods
- complete all assigned opening, running, and closing side work
- attend required meetings and training
- perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall service excellence
