Job Description
Our company is a compassionate and dedicated home care service provider focused on enhancing the lives of seniors across various communities including Pasadena, Woodland Hills, Santa Clarita, and Beverly Hills. With a mission to help seniors live their happiest, safest lives in the comfort of their own homes, we are passionate about providing personalized care that respects the dignity and individuality of each client. We are committed to elevating senior care by fostering an empathetic and supportive environment not only for our clients but also for our team members.
As a caregiver with our team, you will be an indispensable part of a mission-driven organization that values empathy, reliability, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniors. This role is suitable for candidates who prize meaningful interactions and are enthusiastic about supporting seniors through the many stages of aging. Whether you are a seasoned professional or someone looking to grow your caregiving career, we offer a dynamic and supportive workplace that encourages personal and professional growth. Our employment opportunities include both full-time and part-time positions, with competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
In this role, you will be working closely with a supportive team that includes client care coordinators, care managers, and brand ambassadors who accompany you on initial visits to new clients. Our management team is accessible and responsive, always ready to answer your calls and texts, ensuring you never feel alone in your caregiving duties. We offer weekly pay and telehealth benefits after 40 hours of service, ongoing training and educational opportunities, and a clear path for advancement. You could progress into leadership roles such as Lead Caregiver or Brand Ambassador, supported by our gamified rewards and recognition program.
The caregiver position demands a person who is empathetic to the challenges seniors face, able to provide reassurance and companionship, and comfortable assisting with personal care duties. Our ideal candidate is calm under pressure, eager to learn, and reliable with transportation. This role will have you assisting clients with a variety of daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and social engagement, all within a framework of safety and respect.
Our mission-centric approach makes us a standout employer in The Valley, offering a nurturing work environment where your contributions directly impact the wellbeing of seniors in our communities. We take pride in helping you build a rewarding career, supporting your goals and professional development every step of the way.
