In this role, you will be working closely with a supportive team that includes client care coordinators, care managers, and brand ambassadors who accompany you on initial visits to new clients. Our management team is accessible and responsive, always ready to answer your calls and texts, ensuring you never feel alone in your caregiving duties. We offer weekly pay and telehealth benefits after 40 hours of service, ongoing training and educational opportunities, and a clear path for advancement. You could progress into leadership roles such as Lead Caregiver or Brand Ambassador, supported by our gamified rewards and recognition program.

The caregiver position demands a person who is empathetic to the challenges seniors face, able to provide reassurance and companionship, and comfortable assisting with personal care duties. Our ideal candidate is calm under pressure, eager to learn, and reliable with transportation. This role will have you assisting clients with a variety of daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and social engagement, all within a framework of safety and respect.
