Job Description

Happy Camper, Homeslice, and Paradise Park are vibrant restaurant concepts known for their artistic and visually striking environments, creating perfect spots for social media enthusiasts and food lovers alike. These establishments pride themselves on a culture centered around creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience through not only delicious food and craft beverages but also unique, art-inspired spaces. The company values employees who are passionate and dedicated, many of whom have grown along with the brand from its inception, finding purpose and joy in their work environment. Rapidly expanding, the restaurant group fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, encouraging self-motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to its ongoing evolution and success.

The bartender role at these restaurants is crucial to maintaining the lively and welcoming ambiance that guests expect. Bartenders are responsible for managing their bar sections and engaging with patrons on the floor, skillfully pouring craft beer, wine, and mixing cocktails that elevate the guest experience. Candidates must be enthusiastic about building a culture focused on teamwork, execution, and fun, ensuring every interaction reflects the company's hospitality standards. This role involves participating in daily operations, maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, and working closely with barbacks and management to guarantee smooth service. A strong sense of hospitality, the ability to anticipate guest needs, and efficient communication are key attributes for success in this position.

Bartenders should be knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings and capable of describing daily specials while maintaining a welcoming demeanor. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role requires standing and walking extensively, lifting moderate weights, and working in varying temperature and noise conditions. Candidates must be flexible, willing to cover shifts as needed, and committed to following health, safety, and company policies strictly. The position offers a competitive hourly wage plus tips and benefits depending on eligibility, reporting directly to the General Manager at the Denver location in the Front of House department. This non-exempt, variable hour position is ideal for passionate industry professionals seeking a vibrant and dynamic work environment where they can thrive and grow alongside a progressive restaurant group.
