As a Bartender at our establishment, you will be at the heart of our bustling lounge and bar scene. Your role is pivotal in creating memorable and delightful experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. This position requires a passion for mixing and serving drinks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a fun yet professional atmosphere. Shifts run from 4 to 10 PM Sunday through Thursday, with extended hours until 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. Availability for all seven days is a must, ensuring you can contribute effectively to our dynamic team environment.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond simply serving drinks. You will act as the life of the party, bringing energy and positivity to the lounge. Creativity is highly valued, as you will have opportunities to invent new drink recipes and present them with flair, enhancing our beverage offerings. Your problem-solving skills are essential, as you will need to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently. Excellent cash handling abilities are also required, managing transactions with accuracy and trustworthiness.

We seek candidates who possess strong communication skills and a professional demeanor, capable of managing emotional situations with grace to ensure guests leave fully satisfied. As a team player, you will work closely with your colleagues to maintain a fun, safe, and efficient workspace. An Alcohol Awareness Certification compliant with state regulations and some prior experience or training in a related role is mandatory.
