Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related field experience
- supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- compliance with certification requirements such as food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or hospitality-related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- familiarity with hospitality software and reservation systems beneficial
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- effective problem-solving and communication capabilities
Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest services with personalized attention
- track logs, oversee messages and packages, ensuring operational efficiency and professionalism
- monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction
- lead, train, and motivate front desk staff fostering effective communication and teamwork
- address and resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and creatively
- maintain safety and operational standards consistently
