Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related field experience
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements such as food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or hospitality-related field
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • familiarity with hospitality software and reservation systems beneficial
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • effective problem-solving and communication capabilities

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest services with personalized attention
  • track logs, oversee messages and packages, ensuring operational efficiency and professionalism
  • monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue and guest satisfaction
  • lead, train, and motivate front desk staff fostering effective communication and teamwork
  • address and resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and creatively
  • maintain safety and operational standards consistently
