Starting hourly pay for this position ranges from $12.50 to $14.50, depending on skills and experience, with paid training provided both through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classrooms. The average scheduled hours are between 10 to 12 hours per week, with flexible and variable weekly scheduling. This role requires the use of technology daily, including a Hallmark-provided mobile device to manage stock levels, restock products, organize displays, communicate with supervisors, and complete merchandising activities. Professional interaction with store employees, management, and customers is crucial for success in this role. Physical stamina is needed as the job involves pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, as well as kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and ladders.

Job Requirements

- Participate in department resets, including installations and product relocations
- Collaborate with other merchandisers to support team efforts
- Ensure displays are attractive, optimized, and fully stocked
