The Halfway House Attendant role at White Pines Golf Club offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the guest experience at this prestigious golf venue. Positioned strategically between the 9th and 10th holes, the Halfway House serves as a convenient stop for guests to enjoy beverages, snacks, light meals, and alcoholic drinks while playing. Attendants in this role are essential in delivering a friendly, engaging, and efficient hospitality service that adds value to every golfer’s day. This is a part-time position offering 10 to 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, paying $9.00 per hour. The role requires a blend of social and operational skills, perfect for individuals who enjoy working in lively, fast-paced environments where guest interaction and multitasking are crucial.

As a Halfway House Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and clean facility, preparing and serving drinks including alcoholic beverages according to set recipes, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations around food and alcohol service. The position demands a friendly and approachable persona, strong organizational capabilities, and a solid understanding of point-of-sale systems and basic technology such as tablets and Bluetooth devices. Teamwork and the ability to work with limited supervision are also key attributes, along with a readiness to assist during emergency situations as needed. This position requires a Food Handler’s License and Alcohol Safety Training (or Basset License) to ensure all standards are met.
