Job Description

Castle Pines Golf Club is a nationally ranked private golf club located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Renowned for its picturesque landscape and exceptional golfing experience, Castle Pines Golf Club is positioned among the top 50 golf clubs in the United States. The club takes pride in its mission to provide The Best Day of Golf in America, coupled with an outstanding level of service and hospitality. Members and their guests enjoy access to a variety of top-tier amenities including expertly maintained fairways, challenging courses, and an inviting clubhouse environment that offers a blend of comfort and exclusivity. The club maintains a strong commitment to setting a high standard for golf experience while fostering a welcoming and family-like atmosphere among its staff and members.

The Food & Beverage Attendant role at Castle Pines Golf Club is a seasonal position dedicated to assisting with service in the Clubhouse café, strategically located near the halfway point of the golf course. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the members' and guests' experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and attentive food and beverage service directly on the course. The attendant is responsible for accurately taking orders, ensuring quick and precise communication with kitchen and bar staff through the point-of-sale system, and maintaining high standards of hospitality service. This position requires the individual to be proactive, friendly, and efficient, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining a smooth operation during service hours.

Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Food & Beverage Attendant must be adaptable, with a willingness to learn and uphold the club’s service protocols. Key responsibilities include setting up and tearing down the café and table areas, performing side work as assigned, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the menu items. The role demands a keen sense of urgency and the ability to multitask to ensure that every member and guest receives exceptional service in line with the club’s high standards. Seasonal staff members work collaboratively with the broader team to support events and daily operations at the club, contributing to a positive and inviting atmosphere.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in hospitality within a prestigious and picturesque golf club environment. Those in this role represent the face of the clubhouse café and play a crucial role in reinforcing the club’s reputation for service excellence. Being a seasonal position, employment is offered through October, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking temporary or part-time work with exposure to upscale service standards and a unique golf club culture. With eligibility for benefits such as participation in the employee bonus program, potential health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid family and medical leave, 401(k) with company match, and paid sick time, the role offers attractive incentives alongside a conducive work environment.
