The role we are offering is within this exceptional environment and focuses on delivering unmatched hospitality as a Bartender. This position is crucial to the guest experience, tasked with preparing and serving high-quality cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and courteously in alignment with the hotel’s high standards. The Bartender ensures every drink served not only meets the expected quality but also enhances the guest's overall stay. Responsibilities include taking accurate drink orders, skillfully mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, sugar, and bitters to create classic and innovative cocktails, as well as serving wines, draft or bottled beers. The Bartender manages the bar's inventory by adhering to par stock ordering procedures and maintains an organized, clean bar area by overseeing setup and clearing duties. Furthermore, this role may involve mentoring apprentices, helping to foster a team environment that promotes continuous learning and excellence in service. The position demands a keen knowledge of liquor laws, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle financial transactions accurately. Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation
- Knowledge and use of flare bartending skills
- Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages
- Strong knowledge of wines and spirits
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Ability to handle money and make correct change
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff

Job Duties
- Take drink orders from guests and serve drinks
- Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails according to standard recipes
- Serve wine and draft or bottled beer
- Collect money for drinks served
- Adhere to the proper par stock ordering procedures
- Complete and oversee set-up and clearing of the bar area
- Monitor and train apprentices
- Perform other related duties as assigned
