The role of Bar Supply Attendant at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is essential to ensuring that the hotel's bars operate smoothly and efficiently. This position is responsible for transporting bulk supplies such as beer, soda, and glassware to and from various bars throughout the property. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar areas is a critical part of the job to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence. The Bar Supply Attendant works closely with other team members to ensure timely delivery of supplies and assist in unloading deliveries. This position requires a balance of independent work and collaboration within a fast-paced, high-volume luxury catering and convention environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to maintaining the high standards that Fontainebleau guests expect. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently or in team environment
- ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff, and guests
- relevant experience in a high quality, high volume catering and convention environment
Job Duties
- Transport beer, soda, and other bulk items to bars as required
- transport glassware to bars
- unload items delivered to bars
- clean floors, drains, and bar mats
- perform other related duties as assigned
