Job Requirements

Three months of experience in fine-dining or high-volume environment
completion of pre-employment background check
successful drug screening
ability to adhere to health department rules and customer service guidelines
willingness to undergo on-the-job training
capability to work cooperatively with serving and kitchen staff
reliable transportation or use of provided daily transportation

Job Qualifications

Minimum three months experience in fine-dining or high-volume environment
experience in a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well under pressure
good organizational skills
customer service oriented
basic knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Duties

Greet customers and set up dining areas
take and place orders accurately
carry trays and plates with care
serve food and beverages promptly
clean and clear tables efficiently
provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
deliver checks and collect payments
cooperate and communicate effectively with serving and kitchen staff
adhere to health department rules and customer service guidelines
