Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare, process, and pack various meat products such as pork, beef and chicken items
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all the meat products according to food safety guidelines
- Package and label meat products properly according to company guidelines including merchandising
- Check for quality, maintain shelves clean and well stocked, rotate and remove out-of-date products
- Clean, filet, and prepare a variety of seafood products
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and answering questions
- Package seafood products adhering to portion sizes and weight requirements
- Create visually appealing displays of seafood products
- Unload, sort, and organize items in the designated storage areas
- Regularly check expiration dates and generate labels with accurate price
- Implement a first-in, first-out inventory system
- Maintain correct signage for promotional grocery items
- Use aisle gun to scan and track inventory
- Merchandising produce items in a fresh and appealing manner
- Handle root vegetables with care ensuring proper storage and display techniques
- Expand knowledge to maintain product quality and freshness
- Manage displays of UPC products like tofu, salad, and nuts
- Plan and execute display changes based on season and date
- Prepare and make various meals and dishes according to standardized recipes and guidelines
- Regularly monitor and rotate food items to ensure freshness and quality
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and equipment regularly
- Assist with customer questions and provide help as needed
- Monitor parking lot for grocery carts and return them
- Assist customers with questions and load groceries as needed
- Provide assistance to cashier by bagging shopping items
- Maintain all areas clean including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
