We are actively seeking a dedicated, experienced Guestroom Attendant to join the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco team. This union non-management role is a vital part of the Rooms Division team, responsible for maintaining the exceptional standard of cleanliness and comfort that differentiates Four Seasons from other luxury hotels. The Guestroom Attendant enhances the guest experience by ensuring each room is impeccably cleaned, stocked, and maintained. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering meticulous attention to detail and outstanding service.

The Guestroom Attendant’s duties include cleaning and sanitizing all guestroom areas, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, and maintaining bathroom and living spaces to impeccable standards. Additional tasks involve restocking amenities and removing service trays to ensure the environment remains pristine and inviting. This role demands flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year housekeeping experience preferably in a luxury hotel
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain performance in high volume operations
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • English language proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties

Job Qualifications

  • Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience, luxury hotel preferred
  • Ability to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • High school education or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean linen
  • Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom
  • Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
  • Removes room service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
  • Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pen
