Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow procedures and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience working in hotel housekeeping is preferred

Job Duties
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom according to procedure
- Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
- Provide turndown service for guests
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
