We are currently seeking enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Guestroom Attendants. As a Guestroom Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guestroom readiness. This position involves cleaning and inspecting guest rooms, handling guest requests promptly and courteously, and contributing to the overall luxury experience that Four Seasons is celebrated for. The position is full-time with competitive compensation ranging from $25.42 to $26.92 per hour. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. Job Requirements
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
- knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems
- passion for luxury hospitality service
- requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- assists with responsibilities and duties in the absences or heavy volume in the areas of lobby attendant, desk attendant and house attendant
- successful candidates will be willing team players, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and self-inspect guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards
- inspect all vacant or dirty rooms checking standards of cleanliness, missing guest amenities and/or supplies
- inspect all VIP and special attention rooms very carefully ensuring all special requests and amenities are completed
- receive and complete all guest requests while on the floors, such as extra pillow and blankets
- keep linen rooms tidy, correctly stocked and closed when not in use
- ensure working equipment is clean, tidy and in good working order
