With a commitment to excellent customer service and operational efficiency, our team operates in a unique setting that combines interpersonal interaction with physical activity and outdoor work conditions. This creates a stimulating work atmosphere far removed from conventional office environments, offering full-time employment opportunities for energetic, customer-oriented individuals.

The role we are offering is for a Guest Transportation Attendant within our valet team. The compensation for this role starts at $15 per hour, with the potential to earn between $20 to $22 per hour including tips. While tips are not guaranteed, they represent a significant opportunity to increase overall earnings based on performance and guest satisfaction. One unique benefit of this position is the flexible payment options, allowing employees to get paid daily, weekly, or biweekly according to their preferences and needs. This flexibility underscores our commitment to supporting our team members in managing their finances conveniently.

As a Guest Transportation Attendant, your chief responsibilities will include greeting guests promptly and courteously, delivering vehicles to and from the guest transportation lot efficiently, inspecting vehicles for any prior damages, and ensuring the smooth operation of key management and radio communications. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the parking and valet areas, contributing to an environment that reflects our high standards of professionalism and safety.

This position requires a high level of physical stamina and endurance, as it involves standing for extended periods, running at a consistent pace, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions and exhaust fumes. The role demands a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and acquisition of a Class D-chauffeurs license within 14 days of employment. Additionally, applicants need to meet the company’s insurance requirements and be physically capable of operating shuttle vehicles according to State of Iowa standards.

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to follow directions precisely, and the capability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles safely.
