This role is demanding both physically and mentally, involving extended periods of standing, running at a steady pace for extended durations, and lifting up to 60 pounds, which requires strong physical stamina. Candidates must be prepared to work in an outdoor environment exposed to varying weather conditions and exhaust fumes. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and new hires must obtain a Class D chauffeur's license within two weeks of employment. Given that this position requires driving various types of vehicles, both automatic and manual transmissions, exceptional driving proficiency and a solid safety record are essential.
