As a Guest Specialist, you will play a vital role in representing our company’s customer-first philosophy. This is not merely a cashier position; Sales Associates are front-line ambassadors who deliver countless touch points of superior service that impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers warmly with a genuine smile and an enthusiastic attitude, addressing them by name whenever possible to build a personal connection. Providing undivided attention, quick and efficient service, and helpful suggestions or promotions will be essential to your role. Beyond transactional duties, you will be instrumental in creating a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by performing various housekeeping and merchandising tasks.

Your stewardship of the customer experience will extend beyond the sales counter to include maintaining restrooms, floors, coolers, and all public areas to our company’s cleanliness and safety standards. Outside the store, you will ensure that entrances, parking lots, and fuel islands are free from debris, spills, and other hazards. You will also assist with inventory control, cash accountability, legal compliance related to restricted product sales, and support store management with vendor interactions and delivery coordination. A keen eye for details such as stocking merchandise correctly, pricing products, and keeping displays attractive and fresh will be crucial.

This role requires a person who is upbeat, people-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team with a strong sense of urgency and multitasking capability. Honesty, punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, customers, and vendors are mandatory qualities. Additionally, physical stamina is essential, as you will be required to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and be comfortable working in varied environmental conditions including coolers and outdoors.
