The role of Bellperson, Doorperson, and Valet Parker at Hyatt Regency Tamaya is a dynamic, fast-paced position involving constant interaction with guests. This multifaceted role requires individuals to support guest services, deliver exceptional hospitality, and efficiently manage vehicle parking operations while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude. Responsibilities include welcoming guests promptly upon arrival and departure, coordinating valet traffic flow safely and efficiently, assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring the arrival area remains clean and organized.
Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work various schedules. The ability to drive manual transmission vehicles safely and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record is essential. Previous hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The role also demands moderate physical strength to safely lift items and a strong knowledge of the local area to enhance guest service. Beyond functional duties, the position plays a critical role in handling guest concerns with professionalism and speed, ensuring guests' experiences are positive and memorable.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift moderate weights
- Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns

- Lead and support Guest Services colleagues during daily operations
- Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Coordinate valet traffic flow and organization efficiently and safely
- Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Monitor valet stand operations and maintain a clean, organized arrival area
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and promptly
