Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift moderate weights
  • Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns

  • Previous hotel experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and support Guest Services colleagues during daily operations
  • Welcome guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure
  • Coordinate valet traffic flow and organization efficiently and safely
  • Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a timely manner
  • Monitor valet stand operations and maintain a clean, organized arrival area
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally and promptly
