Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old
  • ability to drive a manual and automatic vehicle
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years safe driving experience
  • ability to provide outstanding guest service every time
  • ability to balance multiple tasks and demonstrate good time management
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification
  • valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean 3-year DMV record
  • ability to walk stand or sit for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move products up to 75 lbs
  • fine finger manipulation
  • work environment may include smoke variable temperature lighting and noise levels
  • willingness to work indoors and outdoors during special events

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years safe driving experience
  • ability to provide outstanding guest service every time
  • ability to balance multiple tasks and demonstrate good time management
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
  • effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification
  • valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean 3-year DMV record

Job Duties

  • Supervise and oversee parking operation staff ensuring proper key handling and safe efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles
  • ensure smooth arrival and departure for guests assisting in timely parking and retrieval of vehicles
  • lead by example showing tact and diplomacy with difficult guests
  • handle guest related concerns questions claims and service issues professionally and timely
  • follow proper procedure for timely submittal of paperwork for team member or guest incidents accidents
  • approve time and attendance in the ADP system as required
  • maintain a work friendly environment and team atmosphere
  • communicate effectively with management team members and guests
  • anticipate guests needs and assure employees maintain high guest service levels
  • move guest luggage to and from vehicles as needed
  • recognize team members going above and beyond using the Nugget’s recognition system
  • consistently follow Nugget policies procedures and legal regulations
  • perform work safely maintaining a safe environment
  • report unsafe conditions team member or guest incidents promptly
  • maintain a positive professional image for the Nugget when representing the company
  • attend regularly and perform other duties as assigned
