Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in hospitality or guest services supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel management software and guest service platforms

Job Duties
- Supervise guest services team including bell services, luggage storage, package delivery, valet, parking, and related systems to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Lead day-to-day team operations by creating schedules, assigning tasks, conducting pre-shift meetings, and providing training, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback
- Oversee guest issue resolution by responding to guest inquiries and concerns directly and supporting team members with complex or escalated issues
- Manage special projects and lead department initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
