They emphasize a culture of respect, inclusivity, and continuous learning, aiming to lead the hospitality industry through innovation and dedication to quality.

The role of Guest Services Supervisor in Brisbane, California, offers an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about the hospitality sector to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a hotel front office. This full-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Operations Manager and is compensated at a rate of $25.00 per hour. The primary responsibility of the Guest Services Supervisor is to assist the Operations Manager by overseeing and mentoring the front office staff to ensure guests receive professional and competent service at all times.

In this role, the supervisor will work closely with the front desk team to provide training, monitor guest service scores, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction. This includes coaching staff, resolving problems, and maintaining open communication with other hotel departments such as Engineering and Housekeeping to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.

Competency with the hotel’s software system is essential, including handling reservations, guest check-in and check-out, posting charges, and managing payments. The Guest Services Supervisor is also responsible for assisting the Guest Service Manager with special requests, group bookings, and handling unusual circumstances that require immediate attention.

Candidates for this position should demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, initiative, and excellent customer service skills. They must be flexible to work nights and weekends, maintain a professional appearance in line with the company’s dress code, and comply with scheduled attendance requirements.

This position offers a dynamic work environment with moderate noise levels typical of a hotel setting, and requires physical stamina, including standing and walking for a majority of the shift, as well as occasional lifting of light objects. Stonebridge Hospitality values diversity and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals, encouraging applicants from various backgrounds to apply.

Joining Stonebridge Hospitality as a Guest Services Supervisor means becoming part of a company that not only prioritizes guest experience but also invests in employee growth and well-being. The company offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) matching, wellness programs, life and disability coverage, savings accounts, tuition assistance, as well as travel and lodging perks. These benefits help ensure that employees are supported both professionally and personally while contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence in hospitality.
