Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless airport pickups, luggage coordination, and comprehensive property orientations
- Supervise and coordinate guest transportation operations to ensure efficient, timely service across ranch activities, dining venues, and off-site experiences
- Lead by example to create exceptional first and last impressions, coaching team members to deliver warm, knowledgeable, and personalized service
- Support and guide Activities Guides and entry-level staff through hands-on training and development across ranch programming
- Assess the team's readiness and progressively delegate responsibility for leading introductory- and support-level activities
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards for all vehicles and guest-facing spaces through routine inspections
- Coordinate daily operational logistics to support seamless activity setup, transitions, and guest assistance
- Enforce and uphold all safety standards, including responsible driving practices and adherence to activity protocols
