The position of Guest Transportation and Activities Supervisor at Brush Creek Ranch is a vital role that focuses on ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest arrival, departure, and activity experience. This role involves overseeing all aspects of guest transportation, including airport pickups, luggage handling, and coordinating transfers within the ranch and to off-site experiences. The supervisor leads a team responsible for delivering timely, safe, and efficient transportation services, enhancing the overall guest experience from their arrival to departure.

Additionally, this role includes the important responsibility of supervising and mentoring Activities Guides and entry-level staff. The supervisor plays an active role in training and developing the team, ensuring they provide knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging service across all ranch programming. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation for all vehicles and guest areas is also key, as is coordinating logistical aspects of daily activities for flawless execution.

Safety is paramount, and the Guest Transportation and Activities Supervisor must enforce all safety protocols rigorously, from responsible driving practices to activity guidelines. The position requires a strong leadership presence, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for outdoor recreation. Job Duties

  • Oversee guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless airport pickups, luggage coordination, and comprehensive property orientations
  • Supervise and coordinate guest transportation operations to ensure efficient, timely service across ranch activities, dining venues, and off-site experiences
  • Lead by example to create exceptional first and last impressions, coaching team members to deliver warm, knowledgeable, and personalized service
  • Support and guide Activities Guides and entry-level staff through hands-on training and development across ranch programming
  • Assess the team's readiness and progressively delegate responsibility for leading introductory- and support-level activities
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards for all vehicles and guest-facing spaces through routine inspections
  • Coordinate daily operational logistics to support seamless activity setup, transitions, and guest assistance
  • Enforce and uphold all safety standards, including responsible driving practices and adherence to activity protocols
