Known for blending rugged outdoor adventure with upscale hospitality, the ranch offers guests an immersive experience in nature without compromising on comfort or service quality. The resort specializes in providing exceptional luxury adventure experiences, where guests can engage in a wide range of outdoor activities, all while enjoying world-class amenities and impeccable service. The team at Brush Creek Ranch is deeply committed to excellence in hospitality, aiming to create memorable, personalized experiences for each guest. The work environment is one that encourages growth, development, and teamwork, allowing employees to thrive both personally and professionally while surrounded by inspiring natural beauty.
The role of Guest Transportation Supervisor at Brush Creek Ranch is a vital position that forms a cornerstone of the guest experience. This seasonal role runs from early May through October and requires a candidate who embodies leadership, professionalism, and a guest-focused attitude. The person in this role will oversee all aspects of guest transportation and arrivals, managing seamless airport pickups, luggage handling, and comprehensive property orientations. There is a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and efficient coordination to ensure guests have timely and comfortable transportation across ranch activities, dining venues, and even off-site experiences.
Beyond logistics, the Guest Transportation Supervisor is a mentor and coach, leading by example and supporting the training and development of Activities Guides and entry-level staff. This leadership position is tasked with assessing team readiness and progressively delegating responsibilities concerning introductory and support-level activities. The role calls for someone with excellent communication skills, who can not only manage operational details but also foster a warm, knowledgeable, and personalized service culture.
Additionally, this position requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization across all vehicles and guest-facing environments through routine inspections. The supervisor ensures that safety protocols are strictly enforced, including responsible driving practices. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for the outdoors, enjoys being part of a close-knit team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting. With benefits like day-one medical, dental, and vision insurance for seasonal and full-time associates, paid time off, and access to a range of outdoor activities, Brush Creek Ranch offers a unique and rewarding workplace that blends professional growth with the beauty of nature.
