AEG’s commitment goes beyond just entertaining crowds; it places strong emphasis on fostering diversity and inclusivity within its workforce that reflects the varied backgrounds of the artists, athletes, and fans it serves. The company is dedicated to supporting local communities where it operates, and actively embraces sustainable business practices to minimize its environmental footprint. This holistic approach to business reflects AEG’s values and its mission to make a positive impact on society while providing exceptional live experiences.
The role of Guest Services Staff at AEG is central to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all venue guests. Responsibilities extend from greeting guests and answering their inquiries to managing venue entry, seating assistance, and addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Guest Services Staff play a critical role in monitoring guest conduct to maintain security and safety standards, enforcing venue policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as alcohol consumption laws and fire safety protocols. This role requires individuals who are attentive, approachable, and able to manage emergency situations effectively as members of the emergency evacuation team. With physical demands including standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds, the position requires stamina and a positive attitude.
Compensation for this part-time role ranges between $17.00 and $21.00 per hour, with eligibility for benefits under the Affordable Care Act if qualifications are met. While no bonus is available currently, the position offers opportunities for development and engagement within a premier global entertainment company.
