Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts starting between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple guest requests simultaneously
- Physical ability to carry luggage up to 50lbs
- Capability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient luggage assistance with guest arrivals and departures
- Assist guests with amenity requests, local recommendations, and general inquiries as part of concierge services
- Manage guest communication before, during, and after their stay including guest surveys, pre-arrival communication, We Care Log follow-up, and post-stay outreach
- Complete timely and accurate room-drop deliveries for amenities and special requests
- Support front desk operations to ensure smooth guest flow
- Monitor Hotsos service orders and ensure prompt follow-up on guest needs
- Oversee ECA app updates and respond to guest-related queries
- Maintain an active presence in the lobby as a liaison to greet guests and anticipate needs
