The position of Guest Services Representative at Legends Global is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about sports, entertainment, and engaging with people. This role is offered on a part-time basis and is housed within the iconic State Farm Stadium in Phoenix, Arizona, a landmark venue known for hosting some of the largest and most exciting events in the Phoenix Valley. The Guest Services Representative plays a vital role in the guest experience, offering exceptional customer service during various sporting events and entertainment activities. The role includes greeting guests, providing directional assistance, handling wheelchair escorts for guests with accessibility needs, and managing information booths. Candidates who are energetic, professional, and comfortable in a lively, often loud, large-scale public events environment will thrive. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue, mostly in main entrances and Club and Loft levels
- have a thorough knowledge of building policies, procedures and event requirements and act as the number one information source
- greet each guest with a warm smile and offer assistance
- assist with ADA wheelchair escorts throughout events
- provide knowledge of stadium layout, seating sections, emergency procedures, box office location, wayfinding, lost and found, handle guest complaints and compliments, provide ADA services and information, distribute venue information and fan guides
- perform other duties as assigned
