As a hospitality provider, it emphasizes creating positive connections, demonstrating intent through empathetic engagement, and fostering a collaborative community both within the team and with guests. The hotel is not only a place to stay but a space that inspires wonder and pursues excellence in every aspect of service, from room quality to guest interactions.

The role of Guest Service Agent is critical for this hotel's success, focusing on providing an outstanding check-in, stay, and checkout experience for guests. Key responsibilities extend beyond guest registration to include maintaining accurate room status tracking in coordination with housekeeping, ensuring the front desk remains organized and welcoming, and adhering to all safety and emergency protocols. Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera PMS, is essential. The role demands strong telephone etiquette, accurate handling of guest accounts, and maintaining strict security regarding guest information and keys. The Guest Service Agent will also play a proactive role in resolving guest issues, working closely with other hotel departments like housekeeping and bell staff to ensure a seamless and satisfying guest experience.

This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be committed to high-quality customer service, possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and be capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of the English language is mandatory, with bilingual skills considered an advantage. The role also involves physical demands such as prolonged standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and continuous movement, requiring the agent to maintain a strong personal image and adhere to uniform standards.

Overall, the Guest Service Agent position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality, possess a knack for service excellence, and are eager to contribute positively to the hotel community. The agent’s role is pivotal in shaping memorable guest experiences, supporting team collaboration, and advancing the hotel's dedication to inspiring wonder and pursuing excellence in guest services.
