Job Description

Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Knowledge of local history or interest in learning about the Nemours Estate
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Process sales for admissions, season passes, and online prepaid tickets
- Answer phone calls and retrieve messages promptly and graciously
- Share historical information about Nemours Estate with visitors
- Coordinate with drivers, gardeners, housekeeping and other staff
- Provide transportation for guests via golf cart
- Assist with greeting large bus groups at the Group Tour Center
- Attend required staff meetings and complete annual trainings
