The role of the Guest Services Representative at MGM Springfield is an essential position that directly impacts the guest experience by providing outstanding service and support. This position is part-time, with overnight shifts from Tuesday to Thursday, running from 6 pm to 2:45 am, including holidays. Ideal candidates for this position will have at least one year of experience in customer service or a high-volume call center environment, alongside a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
