This particular role is a full-time position within the 02408 WFBMG University Group Practice in the Orthopedics Department at the Lindsay Street Surgery location. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, totaling 40 hours weekly. This position is benefits eligible and offers an hourly pay range from $18.85 to $28.30, commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience. The role primarily centers on delivering exceptional hospitality services to patients and guests, ensuring each person is greeted warmly and provided assistance in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. The individual will foster an atmosphere of compassion and care within the working environment and be responsible for maintaining safety standards in their work area. Key functions include safely loading and unloading vehicles, driving golf carts as needed, and completing all medical center and departmental training requirements promptly. Candidates who are Level I Qualified Spanish Bilingual Staff (QBS) are preferred, enhancing the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population. The role demands excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette and the ability to listen actively and respond helpfully. Physical capabilities such as standing or walking for extended periods and performing tasks that require dexterity and mobility are necessary due to the nature of the hospital environment, which may be noisy and subject to varying weather conditions due to outside activity. This position plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment that supports patient satisfaction and promotes a cooperative team culture within a busy orthopedic surgery practice at a prestigious healthcare institution.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to drive manual transmission
- Clean driving record for at least five years
- Valid applicable state driver's license with no restrictions required
- CPR certification required
