The role of Guest Services Representative (Seasonal) within the Recreation Division is vital in maintaining the day-to-day operations of Greeley's recreational facilities. Job Requirements

  • Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED or ability to obtain within 3 months

  • Ability to drive a city vehicle (experienced level)
  • 2 years driving experience and clean driving record for experienced level
  • Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
  • Ability to work in a noisy, high-contact environment
  • Basic kitchen skills and food preparation knowledge
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to complete pre-employment screenings including drug test and background checks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet patrons in a timely manner and ensure facility safety
  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions to customer inquiries via face-to-face, phone, and email
  • Answer and transfer a high volume of telephone calls
  • Provide courteous service for program registrations, facility bookings, and daily facility use
  • Conduct comprehensive tours of the facility
  • Handle and prepare food adhering to safe serve guidelines
  • Restock supplies and maintain sanitation of concessions areas
  • Utilize recreation management software for membership sales, registrations, rentals, and point of sale
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, website, and social media
  • Follow risk management and emergency response procedures
  • Promote membership sales at recreation sites
  • Assist patrons with activity registrations
  • Maintain family and organization accounts
