Job Description

The company is now seeking a Guest Service Team Member to join their team. Reporting directly to the Director of Guest Services, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the visitor experience by serving as a friendly point of contact who assists patrons throughout the venue. This position is casual, non-union, and hourly, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, a clean and professional appearance, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Candidate must be available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, which are peak times for the venue's events.

As a Guest Service Team Member, you will be responsible for greeting guests, providing general customer service, assisting patrons with seating, providing information and directions, controlling ticket access points, and performing various roles such as working elevator shifts and scanning tickets at entry points. Your role contributes directly to ensuring that guests feel safe, welcomed, and well-informed during their event experience. You will need to exhibit strong communication skills as well as the ability to interact professionally with guests, event staff, supervisors, and corporate personnel.

Additionally, this role requires accommodating guests with disabilities, assisting with inquiries, and handling minor issues or concerns that guests may face during events. The company prides itself on a team environment where staff members work together to facilitate smooth event operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
