Job Description
Legends Global is a renowned leader in the management of privately operated public assembly facilities, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences at major venues across the United States. The company specializes in providing expert facility management and event operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and memorable experiences for guests attending sporting events, concerts, and other large-scale gatherings. With a strong commitment to quality and professionalism, Legends Global has established a reputation for its innovative approach to venue management and customer service. Their operating philosophy emphasizes adaptability, customer satisfaction, and community engagement, making them a preferred partner for some of the largest arenas and stadiums in the country.
Legends Global is currently seeking enthusiastic part-time associates to join the Guest Services team at Truist Arena, located in Highland Heights, Kentucky. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As part of the Guest Services department, associates play a critical role in creating positive experiences for all event attendees. The position is part-time and 'as needed,' reflecting the company's event-based labor model where work hours and schedules fluctuate based on event demands. Candidates should therefore be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the arena hosts events.
The primary responsibility of the Guest Services associate is to be the first point of contact for guests entering the Truist Arena. Associates greet patrons warmly and efficiently, helping to maintain flow and ensuring all guests have valid tickets before entering. They provide directions to ticketed seats and various areas of the arena, confirm guest seating aligns with ticket sections, and manage access control by denying entry to unauthorized individuals. Additionally, they ensure their assigned areas are clean and presentable before doors open and maintain clear walkways during events to comply with safety standards.
Guest Services associates also act as vigilant observers of potential safety or guest issues, promptly reporting any concerns to supervisors to maintain a secure environment. Beyond security and operational duties, associates are expected to deliver outstanding customer service by attentively listening to guest questions, concerns, and requests and responding helpfully and professionally. This combination of interpersonal skills, operational awareness, and adaptability is essential to uphold the high standards of safety and guest satisfaction for which Legends Global is known.
Candidates for this role should have a high school diploma or GED as a minimum educational qualification. While prior customer service experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, and specific experience in stadium or arena guest service or security roles is considered an asset. Associates should be capable of standing for extended periods and moving throughout the arena to assist guests and colleagues effectively. Basic knowledge of computer or smartphone technology is also helpful for performing job functions successfully.
Legends Global is committed to equal opportunity employment and actively encourages women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and protected veterans to apply. They promote a workplace that values diversity and inclusion and respects the contributions of all employees. The company is also recognized as a federal contractor under the VEVRAA (Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act) regulations, reflecting its commitment to hiring veterans.
This part-time, event-driven role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work hours, who enjoy interacting with diverse groups of people in a lively venue setting, and who aspire to gain experience in event services and facility management. Working for Legends Global at Truist Arena offers candidates the chance to be part of an integrated team focused on operational excellence and superior guest experiences in a prominent public assembly facility.
