The hospital prides itself on its patient-centered approach and its commitment to maintaining high operational standards. Through collaboration among departments and a team-oriented culture, MH fosters an environment that promotes quality healthcare and positive patient experiences.

We are currently seeking a full-time Guest Service Representative who will work varied shifts to support our front desk operations. This role is vital in creating a welcoming and delightful first impression for patients, guests, staff, and doctors who enter the hospital and the Professional Office Building (POB). The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to front desk volunteers, overseeing operational systems for guest check-in, and helping visitors navigate the facility. This role demands excellent communication, customer service abilities, and basic operational skills to ensure smooth and efficient guest interactions. The Guest Service Representative will also follow established protocols to address questions, comments, or complaints from patients and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

The ideal candidate should be able to positively relate and communicate effectively across diverse groups, maintain a calm demeanor under pressure, and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues while accepting direction. The ability to manage multiple tasks, think critically, and pay close attention to detail is essential for success in this position. A basic understanding of computer software, phone systems, and basic typing skills is required, along with the ability to operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment. Being bilingual is highly preferred, as it enhances communication with a diverse patient and guest population. This position does not require any specific licensure or certification but values prior college coursework and excellent interpersonal skills. Overall, the Guest Service Representative plays a key role in enhancing the patient and guest experience by providing friendly support and efficient service throughout their visit to MH.
