The organization is rooted in core values such as Respect for Life, Compassionate Concern, and Joyful Service, which permeate every aspect of its work. Their health system is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment for their employees, who play a critical role in delivering high-quality care and services to patients and their families.

The Guest Services Representative at Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus is a vital position that provides essential support to staff, patients, and family members. This role involves proactive service, hospitality, and guidance, helping visitors and patients navigate the campus and access necessary resources. The Representative is responsible for conducting rounds through waiting rooms, inpatient rooms, Emergency Department, Outpatient, and Surgery areas to identify needs and respond to complaints.
