We are currently seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to join our Customer Service Department. This role is integral in maintaining the hospital's high standards of service excellence by ensuring that all guests, including patients, family members, friends, vendors, and staff, receive accurate and timely information with a friendly and professional demeanor. The position involves various responsibilities such as acting as a concierge, managing flower delivery services, and overseeing Fast Pass screenings at Guest Services desks, which may be stationed at surgical waiting areas and information desks throughout the Lee Memorial Health System. The Guest Services Representative plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by nurturing volunteer relationships and coordinating volunteer and concierge resources efficiently. Adequate coverage must be maintained for all shifts, and the representative is responsible for communicating system, campus, and community updates to volunteers and staff effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to use basic office software and equipment. This position offers a competitive compensation ranging from $20.00 to $23.50 per hour and operates during Shift 1 from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, making it a great opportunity for individuals seeking to contribute to healthcare customer service in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use basic office software and equipment
  • Ability to relate well to others
  • Availability to work part-time shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Duties

  • Ensure guests are provided with accurate and timely information

  • Ensure adequate coverage for all Guest Services shifts
  • Communicate updates regarding system, campus, and community changes
