The role of a Guest Services Representative at Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus is critical in enhancing the patient and visitor experience within the hospital setting. The role includes conducting rounds in various hospital areas such as waiting rooms, inpatient rooms, the Emergency Department, Outpatient, and Surgery areas to identify needs and resolve complaints effectively.

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- 2 years customer service experience preferred
- certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (cpr) by the american heart association
Job Duties
- provide customer service by greeting and assisting visitors
- conduct rounds in waiting and patient areas to identify and address needs
- monitor inventory and place orders for department supplies
- oversee and train volunteers to ensure service quality
- handle complaints and act as liaison between patients and departments
- assist visitors with way-finding and transportation
