The part-time Guest Services Representative position at Children's Hospital Los Angeles presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about pediatric healthcare and exceptional customer service. This role is specifically tailored for those who can effectively act as a key information resource within hospital lobbies, providing visitor triage in line with CHLA's visitation and safety policies. The schedule primarily involves weekend shifts from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, supplemented by two variable weekday shifts. Job Duties

  • Represent the hospital as an information resource in the hospital lobbies

  • Support hospital staff by relaying visitor information
