Strong communication and people skills
punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
comfortable with basic tech such as email, booking systems, and POS
able to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus

Job Duties

Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
answer phone calls, DMs, and emails
manage appointment bookings and artist schedules
handle intake forms and payment processing
keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
assist with basic studio tasks as needed
create ad campaigns and make social media posts
write emails and follow up with clients
