With a strong focus on luxury, guest satisfaction, and exceptional service standards, Full House Resorts has built a reputation for being one of the leading employers in the hospitality sector. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive work environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous development for its employees. Known for its vibrant and fast-paced work settings, Full House Resorts offers its staff an opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry while being part of a company that prioritizes guest experience and operational excellence.
The role of Guest Services, including responsibilities for valet and bell services, is a vital component of delivering the exceptional guest experience Full House Resorts promises. This position entails warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with inquiries, and providing accurate information about hotel amenities, ongoing promotions, and local attractions. Attention to detail and a professional demeanor are essential as the employee handles guest requests, complaints, and any service recovery situations with utmost care and respect. The role also requires maintaining records accurately to ensure compliance with hotel policies, contributing to seamless guest interactions and operational fluidity.
Valet service responsibilities include safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles while maintaining organized control over keys, tickets, and vehicle details. This aspect of the job requires the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, ensuring guests receive their vehicles promptly and in excellent condition. Additional duties include assisting guests with loading and unloading items and maintaining a neat, safe, and efficiently run valet area.
The bell services part of the role involves escorting guests to their rooms, handling their luggage carefully, and delivering any requested amenities, packages, or other items promptly. Coordinating group arrivals and departures with efficient luggage storage is also a key responsibility, alongside maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and storage areas.
General responsibilities extend to effective communication with other hotel departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security to uphold operational standards and enhance the overall guest experience. Employees must adhere to grooming, uniform, and any necessary gaming license rules while strictly following safety, security, and guest privacy protocols. This role requires physical stamina given the nature of work, including lifting luggage up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for prolonged periods in indoor and outdoor environments that may present varying weather conditions.
Full House Resorts offers competitive pay starting at $17.50 per hour plus tips and comprehensive benefits to full-time employees. These benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and a 401k retirement plan with matching contributions after one year of service. Additional perks include paid time off, paid transportation services from designated locations, free local gym memberships, tuition reimbursement programs, and exclusive resort perks. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace where every employee can thrive and contribute to the company’s continued success.
