Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations
  • Previous supervisory or leadership role in a hotel setting
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel experience
  • Prior leadership experience in hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Flexible schedule with open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of guest service operations, including valet, concierge, and front desk functions
  • Ability to assess service trends and implement solutions

Job Duties

  • Manage all Guest Service operations including guest luggage and package storage and delivery, message delivery, valet and parking services, gratuity distribution, systems management, budget and forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement, and meeting participation and facilitation
  • Oversee daily operations in all Guest Services departments
  • Manage administrative projects and ensure adherence to established quality standards
  • Monitor and develop team member performance including supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and rewards
  • Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and implement improvements
  • Recruit, interview and train team members
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton policies and uphold the brand standards
