This position is a full-time management role titled Property Manager on Duty at Sheraton Honolulu. The annual pay ranges from $60,375 to $85,000 and is bonus eligible, indicating potential incentive compensation. This role is pivotal in overseeing all property operations to ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and service are maintained. As Property Manager on Duty, the individual will serve as the face of property management in guest-related issues and lead the front desk and guest services teams to exceed customer expectations consistently.

The Property Manager on Duty's responsibilities encompass supervising daily operations, managing guest relations, and resolving any service issues that arise to maintain guest satisfaction and operational integrity. This role requires strong leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring team members, managing employee performance, and upholding a positive work environment. The Manager on Duty also ensures effective communication across departments, administers property policies fairly, and actively participates in human resources activities such as employee training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary processes.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • No work experience required with degree
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Ability to implement and enforce property policies
  • Willingness to perform front desk duties when needed
  • Ability to maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times

Job Qualifications
