The Shift Leader position at Pilot Company is a pivotal supervisory role entrusted with overseeing daily store operations and managing team members effectively. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience, maintaining facility operations, and supporting store managers in various tasks that keep the store running smoothly. This role requires a proactive individual who is self-motivated and capable of stepping into leadership responsibilities as needed. Shift Leaders should have a thorough understanding of store operations, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to uphold Pilot Company’s quality standards.

Pay rates for this position start between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour, reflecting the company’s dedication to offering competitive compensation. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • must be reliable and punctual
  • flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to pass background check
  • proficient in using basic computer software and equipment
