Job Duties
- Supervise employees and general store operations
- respond to customer needs with excellent service
- assist managers with tasks to maintain facility operations
- ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly
- promote a customer-focused culture
- manage team interactions among employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
