Job Requirements

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • must have incredible customer service skills
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • background check required

  • Supervise employees and general store operations
  • respond to customer needs with excellent service
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain facility operations
  • ensure the store is well-maintained and running smoothly
  • promote a customer-focused culture
  • manage team interactions among employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
