This role is for a Shift Leader position at Pilot Company, responsible for supervising store employees and managing the overall daily operations of the store. Shift Leaders must possess excellent customer service skills to address guest needs effectively, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with Pilot’s dedication to quality and service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail supervisory or related experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage shifts and staff
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform basic computer operations
- background check must be successfully completed

- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- proficient with calculator, computer and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly employees, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
