The role of Shift Leader at Pilot Company is pivotal to ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. Shift Leaders are entrusted with supervising employees during their shifts and managing the general operations of the store. This position is ideal for candidates with excellent customer service skills who are motivated to support managers in maintaining well-functioning and welcoming facilities. Shift Leaders are expected to be familiar with store operations and uphold Pilot Company’s strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
The Shift Leader will assist in executing various tasks necessary to keep the retail environment running seamlessly. This includes facilitating a customer-focused culture and ensuring store standards are consistently met. The position requires someone who is a proactive team player, capable of interacting effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. The Shift Leader must be flexible with work schedules, willing to take shifts during nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements
