Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in retail or similar field
- ability to perform background check
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- reliable and self-motivated
- proficient with computers and calculators

Job Duties
- supervise employees and general store operations
- respond to customer needs with excellent customer service
- assist managers with store maintenance tasks
- ensure stores are clean, safe and well-organized
- maintain a customer-focused culture
- handle cash register and other operational equipment
- collaborate with team members and corporate representatives
