This is a temporary, part-time position paying $18 per hour, with specific dates and shifts from April 14th through April 18th. As a Guest Service Representative stationed at the Info Booth, you will serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring visitors receive accurate information and assistance throughout the event. Your responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, distributing event materials such as maps and brochures, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining the booth’s organization and cleanliness.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guests

- Distribute event materials, including maps, brochures, and schedules
- Assist with lost and found inquiries and general guest support
- Communicate effectively with event staff and other departments to relay guest needs or issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked information booth
- Report recurring questions or issues to the event team
