Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or event-related roles preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic technology proficiency including operation of radios
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Comfortable using basic technology such as radios
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service to all guests
- Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, accurate information regarding the event, venue, schedules, and more
- Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally and courteously
- Distribute event materials, including maps, brochures, and schedules
- Assist with lost and found inquiries and general guest support
- Communicate effectively with event staff and other departments to relay guest needs or issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked information booth
- Report recurring questions or issues to the event team
