Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work full-time shifts from 2 pm to 11 pm including weekends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and stand for extended periods
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely in a professional setting

- Ability to drive and operate a guest shuttle vehicle safely
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time afternoon and evening shifts
- Knowledge of local area attractions and hotel facilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Providing guests with prompt courteous service that exceeds their expectations
- Assisting guests with their arrival departure luggage and vehicles
- Valet parking vehicles
- Driving the guest shuttle in the Green Bay area
- Identification of guest and room number analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation as well as daily activities and area attractions
- Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
- Maintaining a clean work area including all common rooms and storage closets
