Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
- Multi-task and detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player
- Acceptable oral, verbal, and written communication skills
- Problem solver skilled in handling guest issues and resolving them
- Professional appearance
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Cross trained in laundry operations

Job Duties

- Perform other normal housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned
- Perform turn-down service as directed
- End of shift, clean, organize and restock housekeeper cart
- Participate in taking monthly linen inventory
